Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Hype and Vice gear, but if you are not 100% satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original condition.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the shipping label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
